2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how we handle data relating to browsing this website.

It does not cover the processing of health data of people seen at the centre. Medical and psychometric assessments involve special category data within the meaning of Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and have their own privacy information, which is provided directly at the centre at the time of the visit.

3. What data we handle through the website

This website does not collect personal data from users. There are no forms, no user accounts, no subscriptions and no other collection mechanism.

The only data that may be processed as a result of browsing are:

  • Technical connection data that the hosting provider records automatically in order to deliver the service and keep it secure, such as the IP address, the date and time of the request, the browser type and the page requested.
  • Web analytics data, only if you have given your consent through the site's consent notice. This feature is not currently active; if it is activated, it will be described in the cookie policy.

5. Contact by telephone and WhatsApp

When you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we process the data you give us solely in order to deal with your enquiry and, where applicable, to arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your own request.

WhatsApp is a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. If you choose to contact us this way, transmission of the message is also governed by Meta's terms and privacy policy, which are outside this website. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can call us on 973 35 10 91.

We recommend not sending detailed health information over WhatsApp. Those matters are dealt with at the centre, during the visit.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not disclose data to third parties, other than any applicable legal obligations. The providers involved in running the website are:

Vercel Inc.:
Website hosting and delivery. Processes technical connection data as a processor.
Google Ireland Limited:
Web analytics, only if activated and only if you have consented. While it is not activated, no communication with this provider takes place.

The website's fonts are hosted on our own server, so browsing does not generate any request to third-party servers for that reason. We also do not embed any map, video or other third-party content in the pages.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers listed above may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or any applicable adequacy decision.

8. Retention period

Technical connection data is kept for as long as necessary for the security and operational purposes described, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Your consent decision is stored on your own device until you withdraw it or clear the site's data in your browser.

9. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@centrerevisionslaseu.com or to the postal address in section 1, providing proof of your identity.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), which is the competent supervisory authority.

10. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling based on browsing this website.

11. Minors

This website is not specifically aimed at minors and does not collect their data. Where a procedure concerns a person under 18, the relevant information and consents are handled at the centre with the parent or legal guardian.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the website's services or the applicable rules change. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
