What documents should I bring?

Just your valid DNI or NIE. Some procedures (e.g. nautical licences for Andorran citizens) also require a passport. You don't need to bring photos — we take them at the centre.

How long does the check-up take?

Usually between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the certificate you need.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes, we always work by appointment to avoid waiting. Call us or message us on WhatsApp and we'll book you in.

Can I renew my driving licence directly here?

Yes. We handle the whole driving-licence renewal at the centre, directly with the DGT, so you don't have to travel.

Which medical certificates do you issue?

Driving licence, firearms licence, nautical licences, private security, keeping dangerous animals, crane operators and sports medicals.

What if I don't pass the check-up?

If we find anything that needs further assessment, we'll personally explain the next steps and the available options, such as providing a medical report or additional documents.

Can I get several certificates on the same day?

Yes. If you need several medical certificates (for example, driving licence and firearms), we can do them in a single visit.
